为探讨产蛋后期“14 h+1 h”光照程序对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,将320只60周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为2个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组60~69周龄继续采用16 h光照程序;试验组60~61周龄采用16 h光照程序,62周龄采用“15 h+1 h”光照程序,63~69周龄采用“14 h+1 h”光照程序。结果显示:光照程序由16 h变为“14 h+1 h”后,蛋鸡体重显著下降(P<0.05);日耗料、个蛋耗料和料蛋比在62~63周龄有显著提高(P<0.05),其他试验阶段无显著差异(P>0.05);平均蛋重在64~69周龄显著降低(P<0.05);产蛋率无显著变化(P>0.05);蛋壳重量、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳蛋重比在65和67周龄末显著降低(P<0.05),其他蛋品质指标无显著变化(P>0.05)。结果说明,产蛋后期蛋鸡光照程序由16 h调整为“14 h+1 h”后,蛋鸡的体重、蛋重、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳重降低;“14 h+1 h”光照程序不会降低蛋鸡的采食量,对产蛋率无影响。
In order to explore the influence of the “14 h + 1 h” light program on the performance and egg quality of laying hens in the late egg-laying period, 320 60-week-old Highland brown hens were randomly divided into two treatments of 8 Repeat, each repeated 20 chickens. The control group 60-69 weeks of age continue to use the 16 h light program; 60 to 61 weeks experimental group with 16 h light program, 62 weeks of age using “15 h + 1 h” light program, 63 to 69 weeks of age using “14 h + 1 h ” lighting program. The results showed that the weight of laying hens was significantly decreased (P <0.05) after the light program was changed from 16 h to “14 h + 1 h”. The daily feed, egg consumption and feed ratio were between 62 and 63 weeks (P> 0.05). The average egg weight was significantly lower at 64-69 weeks (P <0.05), but there was no significant change in laying rate (P> 0.05). Eggshell weight, eggshell thickness and egg shell weight ratio decreased significantly at the end of 65th and 67th weeks (P <0.05), but no significant changes were observed in other eggs (P> 0.05). The results showed that body weight, egg weight, egg shell thickness and eggshell weight of laying hens decreased after the light program of laying hens was adjusted from 16 h to “14 h + 1 h” "Light program will not reduce the feed intake of laying hens, no effect on the laying rate.
