【目的】应用危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP)原理分析科技期刊编辑控制稿件质量的关键步骤以及可行措施,为提高科技期刊质量提供参考。【方法】基于HACCP体系的危害分析原理梳理科技期刊编辑处理稿件流程中初审、送审、编辑加工和出版4个环节中影响稿件质量的主要因素;应用关键控制点判断树法分析稿件质量控制的关键点;探讨编辑在稿件处理流程中各个环节的质量控制措施。【结果】编辑控制稿件质量的关键点是送审、编辑加工和出版3个环节。编辑在稿件处理流程中控制质量的主要措施包括:采用定性与定量相结合的多层次初审方式,从源头上控制稿件质量;多渠道筛选审稿专家,建立科学的评议制度,确保审稿质量;采用“三读四性”加工方式,从学术内容和编辑规范角度提高编辑加工水平;采用规范化的校对方式,提高出版质量等。【结论】将HACCP原理应用于科技期刊稿件质量控制能够有效控制和提升稿件质量,有助于促进期刊良性发展。
【Objective】 The key steps and feasible measures of editing and controlling the manuscript quality of sci-tech periodicals are analyzed with HACCP principles and provide reference for improving the quality of sci-tech periodicals. 【Method】 Based on the principle of hazard analysis of HACCP system, the main factors influencing the quality of manuscripts in the first review, submission, editing, processing and publishing of manuscripts in sci-tech periodicals were analyzed. The key to analyze key manuscript quality control Point; to discuss editing in the manuscript processing processes in all aspects of quality control measures. 【Result】 The key points of editing and controlling manuscript quality are submitting, editing, processing and publishing. The main measures of quality control in the process of manuscript processing include: controlling the manuscript quality from the source by using the multi-level preliminary examination combining qualitative and quantitative methods; screening reviewers through multiple channels; establishing a scientific review system to ensure the quality of manuscript review; Adopting “three reading four sex ” processing methods, from the perspective of academic content and editing norms to improve the level of editing and processing; using standardized proofreading methods to improve the quality of publishing. 【Conclusion】 The application of HACCP principle to quality control of manuscripts in journals can effectively control and improve manuscript quality, which helps to promote the sound development of journals.
