通过金相组织分析,研究了不同均匀化温度和保温时间条件下铸态Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr合金的显微组织,分析了均匀化温度和保温时间对铸态合金组织的影响。结果表明,经530℃保温24h均匀化处理后,晶界上的共晶组织几乎完全溶入基体中,只有一些黑色粒子相残留在晶内和晶界上,晶粒尺寸稍有粗化,因此Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr合金最佳的均匀化工艺为530℃×24h。
The microstructure of as-cast Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr alloy under different homogenization temperature and holding time was studied by means of microstructure analysis. The effects of homogenization temperature and holding time on the as-cast alloy microstructure were analyzed. The results show that after homogenization at 530 ℃ for 24h, the eutectic structure in the grain boundary almost completely dissolves into the matrix, and only some of the black particles remain in the grain boundary and grain boundary, so the grain size is slightly roughened. The optimum homogenization process of Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr alloy is 530 ℃ × 24h.
