电力铁塔是电力输送的重要设备,近年来由于气候恶化,部分省份经常出现大风、暴雪等恶劣天气,使电力铁塔出现较大幅度的摆动,从而造成输电线相互接触等事故,致使供电中断,影响正常的工业生产。由于电力铁塔点多、面广、线长的特点和恶劣天气发生的频繁性,使得电力铁塔人工巡检的代价非常高,因此对电力铁塔摆动预警系统的研究很有必要。
