传承人是非物质文化遗产的重要承载者和传递者,传承人保护制度是非物质文化遗产管理的核心内容之一。本文首先对非物质文化遗产传承人进行法理分析,其次在阿坝州非物质文化遗产传承人实证调研分析的基础上,论述阿坝州非物质文化遗产传承人保护中取得的成绩和存在的问题,最后针对阿坝州非物质文化遗产传承人保护与培养制度提出一些完善建议。 Inheritors are the important carriers and transferees of intangible cultural heritage. The inheritor protection system is one of the core contents of intangible cultural heritage management. This article firstly carries on the legal analysis of the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage, and then on the basis of the empirical research on the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage in Aba Prefecture, discusses the achievements and existing problems in the protection of the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage in Aba Prefecture. Aiming at the system of the protection and training of inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage in Aba Prefecture, some suggestions are put forward.
