目的探讨精液凝固蛋白(Sg)在肾癌患者癌旁组织及癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集具有明确病理诊断的20例肾癌组织及癌旁组织,应用qRT-PCR和Western blot方法检测Sg基因和蛋白水平的表达,并进一步研究了Sg与临床分期之间的相关性。结果肾癌组织标本中Sg mRNA的相对表达量为(0.71±0.48),明显低于癌旁组织中的(1.07±0.44)(P<0.05)。在Ⅲ/Ⅳ期癌组织中Sg mRNA的表达量为(0.40±0.19),明显低于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期癌组织的(0.92±0.51)(P<0.05);Sg蛋白表达亦表现出相同趋势。结论 Sg基因在肾癌中的异常表达与肾癌的发生发展关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of seminal plasma coagulation protein (Sg) in adjacent tissues and cancerous tissues of patients with renal cell carcinoma. Methods Twenty cases of renal cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues with definite pathological diagnosis were collected. The expression of Sg gene and protein was detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot. The correlation between Sg and clinical stage was further studied. Results The relative expression of Sg mRNA in renal cell carcinoma tissues was (0.71 ± 0.48), which was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues (1.07 ± 0.44) (P <0.05). The expression of Sg mRNA in stage Ⅲ / Ⅳ cancer was (0.40 ± 0.19), which was significantly lower than that in stage Ⅰ / Ⅱ cancer (0.92 ± 0.51) (P <0.05). The expression of Sg also showed the same trend. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Sg gene in renal cell carcinoma is closely related to the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma.
