南京德基广场二期工程是目前国内规模最大的逆作法工程之一,地下5层、地上62层。该工程裙楼采用逆作法施工,利用地下连续墙围护、结构梁板作为水平支撑,工程地下室结构与基坑土方开挖交叉流水进行;土方开挖以明挖、盖挖结合实施,是工程总体部署的关键工序。结合工程实际与设计要求,介绍土方开挖采用“分层、分区、对称、流水”的施工方法,基坑土方开挖与地下室结构施工同步顺利完成。
Nanjing Teji Plaza Phase II project is currently one of the largest reverse engineering projects in China, with 5 floors underground and 62 floors above ground.
