冠状动脉疾病作为危害人类健康的“第一杀手”而备受关注. 随着近年来关注重心从临床诊断到预后判断的转变,存活心肌的有效检测在冠状动脉疾病治疗决策的制订及预后判断方面的作用突显. 核素显像作为一种无创性功能显像手段在存活心肌判断中有重要价值,是目前临床上应用最广泛的估价心肌活力的方法. 该文将重点介绍正电子发射计算机断层显像、单光子发射型计算机断层显像及心肌乏氧显像在存活心肌判断中应用及不足.“,”Coronary artery disease,as “the first killer”to human health,has drawn lots of attention.With the recent focus on coronary artery disease shifting from the clinical diagnosis to prognosis ,the role of effective detection of myocardial viability in the determination of treatment methods for coronary artery disease and the prognosis has been highlighted.Radionuclide imaging as a noninvasive functional imaging method has signifi-cant value in the judgment of myocardial viability,and is currently the most widely used method for the evalua-tion of myocardial viability in clinical.Here is to make a review of the application and disadvantages of several methods used in clinical to identify myocardial viability ,including positron emission tomography imaging ,single photon emission computed tomography imaging and myocardial hypoxia imaging .
