目的:系统评价白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNP)与侵袭性牙周炎(aggressive periodontitis,AgP)相关性。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国科技期刊数据库及万方数字化期刊全文数据库,收集关于IL-10基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点SNP与AgP相关性的病例-对照研究,检索时限均为从建库至2015年8月。由2位研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11个病例-对照研究,其中rs1800872:病例组389例,对照组570例;rs1800871:病例组380例,对照组553例;rs1800896:病例组526例,对照组745例。Meta分析结果显示,IL-10基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点SNP与AgP无统计学相关性。结论:IL-10基因rs1800872、rs1800871和rs1800896位点SNP可能与AgP无相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and rs1800872, rs1800871 and rs1800896 in interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene and aggressive periodontitis AgP) correlation. Methods: The databases of Pub Med, Web of Science, Embase, The Cochrane Library, China Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database and Wanfang Digitized Periodicals Full-Text Database were searched. The data of IL-10 gene rs1800872, rs1800871 and The case-control study of rs1800896 SNP-AgP association was performed from the database to August 2015. After two investigators independently screened the literature for inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies, Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. RESULTS: A total of 11 case-control studies were enrolled. Among them, rs1800872: 389 cases and 570 cases in control group; rs1800871: 380 cases in control group and 553 cases in control group; rs1800896: 526 cases in control group and 745 cases in control group. The result of Meta analysis showed that SNP of IL-10 gene rs1800872, rs1800871 and rs1800896 were not significantly correlated with AgP. Conclusion: The SNPs of IL-10 rs1800872, rs1800871 and rs1800896 sites may not be related to AgP.
