采用中西医结合方法，以自拟安肾汤为主，并配合雷公藤片、藻酸双酯钠、潘生丁治疗原发性肾病综合征４１例，总有效率９５．１％，认为诸药相合，能显著降低尿蛋白，改善肾功能，提高血浆白蛋白，调节免疫功能，并具有抗凝、降血脂以及防止病情反复的作用。
