目的探讨苯甲酸硫代脯氨酸稀土三元配合物的体外抗菌效果,为苯甲酸硫代脯氨酸稀土三元配合物的开发应用提供实验依据。方法圆形滤纸片抑菌圈法。以溶剂二甲基甲酰胺为对照,以抑菌圈大小来评价三元配合物对酵母菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性的高低。结果苯甲酸硫代脯氨酸稀土三元配合物对酵母菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果比配体好,三种配合物对酵母菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果依次是:Ce(C7H5O2)2(C4H6SO2N)·2H2O>Sm(C7H5O2)2(C4H6SO2N)·2H2O>La(C7H5O2)2(C4H6SO2N)·2H2O。结论苯甲酸硫代脯氨酸稀土三元配合物具有较强的抗菌作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibacterial activity of rare earth ternary complexes of benzoic acid thioproline in vitro and to provide an experimental basis for the development and application of ternary complexes of benzoyl thioproline. Method of circular filter paper inhibition zone method. The solvent dimethylformamide as a control, the inhibition zone size to evaluate the ternary complex of yeast, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial activity level. Results The rare earth ternary complexes of benzoyl thio proline showed better inhibitory effects on yeast, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus than the ligands. The inhibitory effects of three complexes on yeast, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus Followed by Ce (C7H5O2) 2 (C4H6SO2N) · 2H2O> Sm (C7H5O2) 2 (C4H6SO2N) · 2H2O> La (C7H5O2) 2 (C4H6SO2N) · 2H2O. Conclusions Rare earth ternary complexes of benzoic acid thioproline have strong antibacterial activity.
