为探讨陈化处理对秸秆生物炭理化性质的影响,采用冻融和干湿方法分别对不同热解温度(350℃、500℃和650℃)下制备的棉花秸秆生物炭进行陈化处理,对比分析新鲜和陈化生物炭的理化性质.结果表明,热解温度、环境温度、湿度和陈化时间是影响生物炭理化性质的主要因素.陈化处理可以加速生物炭表面发生氧化反应,增加生物炭表面的酸性官能团,进而降低生物炭的p H值.生物炭经过陈化处理后,其C含量减少,O含量增加,这也归因于生物炭的氧化反应.陈化处理可以增加生物炭的比表面积和微孔体积,且新鲜和陈化生物炭的孔隙结构主要以介孔为主.陈化处理还可以破坏生物炭表面较完整的形状,降低生物炭的稳定性.
In order to investigate the effect of aging treatment on the physical and chemical properties of straw biochar, cotton straw biochar prepared at different pyrolysis temperatures (350 ℃, 500 ℃ and 650 ℃) were aged by freeze-thaw and wet-dry methods, respectively The physicochemical properties of fresh and aged biochar were analyzed.The results showed that pyrolysis temperature, ambient temperature, humidity and aging time were the main factors affecting the physicochemical properties of biochar.Aging treatment could accelerate the oxidation reaction on the surface of biochar, Carbon surface of the acidic functional groups, thereby reducing the biocarbon p H value.After biochar aging treatment, the C content decreased, O content increased, which is also due to the oxidation of biochar.Aging can increase the biochar , And the pore structure of fresh and aged biochar is mainly dominated by mesopores.The aging treatment can also destroy the more complete shape of biochar surface and reduce the stability of biochar.
