本文通过对众多海外项目员工属地化管理工作情况的归纳、分析和总结,结合作者自己在海外项目工作时的经验和体会,提出了海外项目员工属地化管理工作从调研、招聘、培训上岗、日常管理直到退出、后评价等全过程的管理办法和策略,并对企业文化在海外项目员工属地化管理工作中的重要作用做了详细阐述。
Based on the author’s own experience and experience in the overseas project work, this article proposed the overseas project staff localization management work from the research, recruitment, training, day-to-day Management until exit, after the evaluation of the whole process of management methods and strategies, and corporate culture overseas project staff in the localization of the important role of management made elaborate.
