外语学习焦虑是影响学生外语学习的一个重要情感因素。本文阐述课堂环境下交流型恐惧、考试焦虑以及负评价恐惧的具体表现及其产生的原因,结合自己的实际教学经验,提出一些克服学生外语学习焦虑的有效策略。
Foreign language learning anxiety is an important affective factor that affects students’ foreign language learning. This article expounds the concrete manifestation and causes of communicative fear, test anxiety and negative appraisal fear in classroom environment. Combining with my own teaching experience, I put forward some effective strategies to overcome students’ anxiety in foreign language learning.
