介绍了汽车冲压件中U型件与多个小型冲压件套件技术的应用,对产品造型要求、工艺要求、模具结构排布及注意事项、应用的优势等多方面进行了详细讲解。通过将4个小型冲压件搭接在两个U型冲压件的补充模面中,经过拉延+(修边、冲孔)+(修边、冲孔、剖切)3道工序得到6个冲压件,改变了原工艺规划的6个工序的加工过程。本技术的应用降低了模具工装的开发成本、减少了操作工人数量,并且降低了冲压件的冲次费用,提高了材料利用率及模具工序比;模具的开发费用节省了3万元,材料利用率可由44.1%上升为48.9%,单台节省坯料0.4 kg,降低了白车身冲压件的开发成本。
