针对准噶尔盆地车排子—中拐地区钻井过程中井壁坍塌严重、钻井液固相含量高、钻头泥包严重、钻井速度低等问题,优选出一种快钻剂,在此基础上研发出一套快速钻井液体系。评价结果显示:快钻剂KSZJ与现场钻井液体系配伍性好,能很好地吸附于钻柱、井壁及钻屑表面,改善钻井液的润滑性能及抑制性能。现场应用结果表明:该快速钻井液体系具有抑制能力强,性能稳定(抗温达160℃,抗盐10%,钻屑回收率超过80%),润滑、防卡、防塌、防泥包和减阻性能好,机械钻速快等优点;与邻井相比,使用该快速钻井液的井平均机械钻速提高了60%以上,明显减少了井下复杂情况,显著降低了钻井风险和综合成本,对及时发现该区油气资源和保护油气储层也起到了良好的作用。
Aiming at the problems such as serious wall collapse, high solid content of drilling fluid, serious drilling mud and low drilling speed during drilling in Chepaizi-Zhongjiao area of Junggar basin, a quick driller was selected based on which a Set of fast drilling fluid system. The evaluation results show that KSZJ has good compatibility with on-site drilling fluid system and can well adsorb on the surface of drill string, borehole wall and drill cuttings to improve the lubrication performance and inhibition performance of drilling fluid. The field application results show that the rapid drilling fluid system has the advantages of strong inhibition, stable performance (resistance to temperature up to 160 ℃, salt resistance 10%, drill cuttings recovery over 80%), lubrication, anti-card, anti-collapse, Drag reduction performance is good, fast drilling speed and other advantages; compared with the adjacent wells, the use of the rapid drilling fluid well average ROP increased by 60%, significantly reducing the complexity of the well, significantly reducing drilling risk and overall costs It also played a good role in discovering oil and gas resources and protecting oil and gas reservoirs in time.
