With the continuous development and popularization of X-ray medical applications, X-ray diagnostic medical irradiation of subjects and patients has received more and more attention [1]. In order to do a good job in medical radiation protection and provide basis for the formulation of relevant laws and standards, we conducted a comprehensive investigation of the basic conditions of X-ray diagnosis in the province in 1999. The survey method is based on the national unified investigation plan, which consists of provinces, cities (prefectures) and counties (districts).
