为了实现对针规等圆柱标准件的快速测量,并保证精度的稳定性,文章提出了一种以LVDT测量关键技术为核心构建的数显针规测量装置,该装置以高精度位移传感器及其位移传导组件等,实现位移信号接收、处理,计算机通过获取测量信息并及时分析,达到对针规直径示值、圆度示值及重复精度的测量目的。试验结果表明,本装置具有较高的测量精度,而且能实现高效的测量。
In order to realize the rapid measurement of needle gauge and other cylindrical standard parts and ensure the stability of accuracy, a digital measuring gauge measuring device based on the key technology of LVDT measurement is proposed in this paper. The high precision displacement sensor and its Displacement conduction components, etc., to achieve displacement signal reception, processing, computer access to measurement information by the timely analysis, to achieve the needle gauge diameter, roundness indication and repeat accuracy measurement purposes. Test results show that the device has high measurement accuracy, but also to achieve efficient measurements.
