(二) 氨基糖苷类抗生素引起螺旋器形态变化。 Nakai等(1976)认为氨基糖苷类抗生素如双氢链霉素、卡那毒素及庆大霉素作用于螺旋器,严重损害可引起毛细胞的融合和消失,毛细胞变性(图38)。听毛改变最显著的是基底转的听毛,外毛细胞易受损害,但是,也有学者见到顶转的内毛细胞易受伤。在同一转外毛细胞中第一排外毛细胞较第二排,第三排外毛细胞易受损伤。毛细胞内结构变化是小皮板下溶酶体增加,并在胞质内出现无结构的物质和大小不同的小空泡。
