简要介绍液压模块车在超大构件运输领域的应用情况,并围绕其核心部件——转向机构展开论述,介绍3种通用转向机构:拉杆转向机构、齿轮齿条转向机构和蜗轮蜗杆转向机构,并推荐一种应用于液压模块车的新型转向机构。该新型转向机构是以液压缸为动力的四连杆机构,该结构相较于目前市场上常用的转向机构更为简单,但由于结构限制,不能达到最理想的转向角度范围,因此需通过相应控制来满足车辆的实际使用要求。生产实践证明,新型转向机构的设计思路切实可行,并可较同功能的转向机构节省近60%的生产成本。
This paper briefly introduces the application of hydraulic modular truck in the field of super-large component transportation. The paper discusses the core components of steering mechanism, including three steering mechanisms: the steering mechanism of the steering rod, the steering mechanism of the rack and pinion and the steering mechanism of worm gear. A New Steering Mechanism for Hydraulic Module Car. The new steering mechanism is a hydraulic cylinder-powered four-bar linkage that is simpler than the steering mechanisms commonly available on the market today but can not achieve the optimum steering angle range due to structural constraints, Control to meet the actual use of the vehicle requirements. Production practice has proved that the design of the new steering mechanism is feasible and can save nearly 60% of the production cost compared with the same steering mechanism.
