近年来很多城市频繁出现暴雨后严重积水,这主要是由于已建雨水管道采用前苏联20世纪50年代的超低设计标准所致。积水严重的程度主要取决于暴雨概率与沟道设计标准。提出用模式雨型径流过程线法结合已建沟道的设计流量,估算不同概率下暴雨的积水量,可为地下雨水调蓄池引排积水所需的有效容积提供计算依据。
In recent years, severe flooding has been frequent in many cities after heavy rains in many cities. This is mainly due to the fact that the existing rainwater pipes have been built with the ultra-low design standards of the 1950s in the former Soviet Union. The severity of waterlogging mainly depends on the probability of rainstorm and the design criteria of the channel. It is proposed to use the model rainfall runoff process line method combined with the design flow of the built channel to estimate the amount of accumulated water of rainstorms under different probabilities to provide the basis for calculation of the effective volume required for drainage of underground rainwater storage tanks.
