美国医院为患者实施个体化给药方案是由医生、药师、护士和技师等多专业人员相互配合进行的。临床药师通过临床药动学咨询体系在合理用药中起重要作用,推动了医院的治疗药物监测。临床药学如同医生和药师之间的桥梁,改变了医生凭经验用药的做法,有利降低医疗费用的支出。临床药师也为院内外医护病员提供药学情报。临床药师结合临床开展科研工作,以获得新的知识和推动临床药学发展。其研究可涉及以下几个方面:各种生理、病理条件下的临床药动学和药效学研究,药物相互作用;以及饮食对药物动力学的影响,药物对映体的药动学研究;遗传因素对药物代谢个体差异影响等。临床药师从研究中获得有用的信息,为临床合理用药提供了新的依据。
The implementation of individualized dosing regimens for patients in US hospitals is coordinated by multidisciplinary teams of doctors, pharmacists, nurses and technicians. Clinical pharmacists through the clinical pharmacokinetics counseling system plays an important role in the rational use of drugs to promote the hospital’s monitoring of therapeutic drugs. Clinical pharmacy, as a bridge between doctors and pharmacists, has changed the way doctors treat their patients empirically, helping to reduce the cost of medical care. Clinical pharmacists also provide pharmacy information for hospital care staff. Clinical pharmacists combine clinical research work to gain new knowledge and promote the development of clinical pharmacy. Its research can be involved in the following aspects: a variety of physiological and pathological conditions of clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, drug interactions; and diet on pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetics of drug enantiomers; Genetic factors on the individual differences in drug metabolism and so on. Clinical pharmacists from the study to obtain useful information for clinical rational use of drugs provides a new basis.
