实验材料:实验对虾购自深圳市新大养虾场,经驯化3天后挑选较健壮均匀的个体供实验用。 试验饲料:试验用基础饲料为廉江饲料厂生产的“珊瑚”牌饲料。虾用化十香味素由中外合资广州化十营养保健公司提供。 试验设计:试验为单因子对比实验,共分4组,每组放养对虾50尾。其中实验组三组,分别在投喂饲料中加入0.05%,0.10%,0.15%化十香味素;另一组为对照组,不加香味素,实验周期40天。 试验条件与日常管理。试验于室内1.5×1×1米的水泥池中进行,控制水温在22±1℃;日投饲料量按
