在煎药服务方面还没有统一的国家标准,仅仅依靠行业自律,难免在卫生方面、流程方面、煎药质量方面存在不足。在煎药服务中,“一锅煎百药”的现象较为普遍,这不仅难以保证煎药的质量,而且留下了重重隐患。笔者认为,不能因为代客煎药方面存在瑕疵而全盘否定这项便民措施,而应对煎药器具的选择、煎药时间的长短、中药煎药先后次序与药效的关系等方面进行研究,分析煎药的方法,以保证煎药的质量。
There is no unified national standard in decoction service, just rely on industry self-regulation, it is inevitable in terms of health, process, decoction quality problems. In the decoction service, the phenomenon of “one pan and one hundred herbs” is more common, which not only can not guarantee the quality of decoction, but also leaves a lot of hidden dangers. The author believes that we should not negate this convenient measure because of the defects of Valet decoction. We should study and analyze the choice of decoction apparatus, the time of decoction, the order of Chinese herbal decoction, and the efficacy Decoction method to ensure the quality of decoction.
