薪酬激励制度作为企业管理的重要组成部分,对整个企业的发展做出了十分重要的贡献。企业思想政治管理水平的提高与薪酬激励制度有着十分重要的联系,在今后的企业管理中需要更好地发挥薪酬激励制度在思想政治管理工作中的作用,提高企业管理水平。本文主要是对当前薪酬激励制度重要性进行分析,就如何加强薪酬激励制度在思想政治工作中的作用提出合理的建议。
