目的 :探讨IgA肾病患者血浆肾上腺髓质素 (ADM )水平与肾小管间质改变的关系。方法 :检测 35例IgA肾病患者及2 2例正常人血浆ADM水平 ,分析患者肾小管间质损害与血浆ADM的关系。结果 :IgA肾病患者血浆ADM水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;间质明显病变组血浆ADM水平显著高于间质轻度病变组 (P <0 .0 1) ;血浆ADM水平与尿蛋白及尿钠的排泄水平呈显著正相关。结论 :ADM参与了IgA肾病患者病理生理过程 ,血浆ADM升高与肾小管间质损害程度有关 ,血浆ADM与尿钠及尿蛋白的排泄有关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma adrenomedullin (ADM) and tubulointerstitial changes in patients with IgA nephropathy. Methods: Plasma ADM levels were measured in 35 patients with IgA nephropathy and 22 normal controls, and the relationship between tubulointerstitial damage and plasma ADM was analyzed. Results: Plasma ADM levels in patients with IgA nephropathy were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01). Plasma ADM levels were significantly higher in patients with IgA nephropathy than those with mild disease (P <0.01) ADM levels and urinary protein and urinary sodium excretion level was significantly positively correlated. CONCLUSION: ADM participates in the pathophysiological process of patients with IgA nephropathy. The increase of plasma ADM is related to the degree of tubulointerstitial damage. The plasma ADM is associated with excretion of urinary sodium and urinary protein
