研究目的 :了解运动对膝关节松弛的影响。研究方法 :采用自行研制的膝关节松弛仪测试了 14名普通受试者运动训练前后膝关节松弛度。主要结果和结论 :此研究发现训练后膝关节松弛度明显增加并维持 8h,于较长时间的休息和不负重 (睡眠 )后方可恢复。建议 :对运动训练引起的膝关节松弛应加以积极恢复。
The purpose of the study: to understand the impact of exercise on the knee relaxation. Methods: The knee relaxation of 14 normal subjects before and after exercise training was tested by self-developed knee relaxation apparatus. MAIN RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: In this study, post-training knee relaxation was significantly increased and maintained for 8 h, after a longer period of rest and weight-less (sleep) before recovery. Recommendation: Knee joint relaxation caused by exercise training should be actively restored.
