基于脱水理论及非均相分离特点分析,研究了永城无烟煤浮选细精煤脱水非均相分离过程,提出了细精煤脱水理论模型和动力学简化方程.结果表明:浮选细精煤压滤脱水具备非均相分离流体动力学作用特点,脱水速度是操作推动力、过滤介质、滤饼特性、煤浆属性及有效压密面积系数的函数,压滤过程分为过滤及压榨脱水,给出了永城无烟煤浮选细精煤过滤方程,滤饼压缩性指数s值为0.855 9,物料特性常数k为0.237 1.
Based on the analysis of dehydration theory and heterogeneous separation characteristics, the heterogeneous separation process of Yongcheng anthracite flotation fine coal dehydration was studied, the theoretical model of fine coal dewatering and the simplified equation of kinetics were put forward.The results show that fine coal flotation Filter press dewatering has the characteristics of heterogeneous separation hydrodynamics. The dehydration speed is a function of operating impetus, filter media, filter cake characteristics, coal slurry properties and effective compaction area coefficient. The filter press process is divided into filtration and press dewatering, The filtration equation of Yongcheng anthracite flotation fine coal is given. The compressibility index s of filter cake is 0.855 9, the material characteristic constant k is 0.237 1.
