光栅用于测量的最重要指标是刻线的精度和光栅表面的长度。但是制造一种不但长而且精度高的光栅在技术上是困难的。复制光栅的技术使莫尔条纹技术应用有了很大的发展。目前用复制光栅技术能够生产出每英时15000条刻线(节距约为1.7微米)
The most important indicator of a grating for measuring is the accuracy of the reticle and the length of the grating surface. However, it is technically difficult to make a grating that is not only long but also precise. The technology of copying gratings has greatly advanced the application of Moire fringe technology. The current replication grating technology can produce 15,000 engraved lines per inch (pitch is about 1.7 microns)
