一、问题分析(一)踢毽子是我国民间的一项体育游戏,被誉为“生命的蝴蝶”。毽子的踢法甚多,共有一百零八种花式踢法,集趣味性、普及性、健身性为一体。可基于“体育、艺术2+1项目”要求,通过普及教学,让学生掌握更多的体育技能。(二)踢毽子活动器材简单,携带方便,不受场地限制,参与面广,为学生提供了正确课间游戏活动的方法,同时踢毽子还可以提高关节的柔韧性和身体的灵活性,为学生锻炼找到了更有效的途径。
