目的探讨人参皂甙Rbl对大鼠脊髓横断损伤后功能恢复的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为对照组、Rb1低剂量组、Rb1中剂量组、Rb1高剂量组,采用T7~8脊髓自由落体打击模型,术后第1、7天及第2、4周对各实验组动物进行行为学评分。将生物化学法检测损伤段脊髓内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量结果与对照组相比。结果手术第2、4周,Rb1干预组大鼠BBB评分增高(均P<0.05),组织内SOD活性降低,MDA的含量增高(P<0.05)。结论人参皂甙Rb1可通过缓解脊髓损伤后的氧化应激和炎性损伤,从而促进大鼠的组织损伤修复和神经功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rbl on functional recovery after spinal cord transection in rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into control group, Rb1 low dose group, Rb1 middle dose group and Rb1 high dose group. T7-8 spinal cord free-fall model was used. The experimental animals were scored for behavior. Compared with the control group, the results of biochemical method for detecting the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in spinal cord of injury section were compared. Results At the second and fourth week after surgery, the BBB scores of rats in Rb1 intervention group were significantly higher (all P <0.05). The activities of SOD and MDA in Rb1 intervention group were lower (P <0.05). Conclusion Ginsenoside Rb1 can alleviate the oxidative stress and inflammatory injury after spinal cord injury and promote the tissue injury repair and nerve function recovery in rats.
