提出杆管伸缩将产生冲程损失,油管锚设计的基本要求。分析了目前存在的5种油管锚的结构原理、特点及存在问题。并重点介绍了液压双向卡瓦油管锚在纯梁采油厂应用效果及应用过程中出现的问题及改进办法,指出液压双向卡瓦油管锚不仅可以双向控制管柱的伸缩,减小冲程损失,提高泵效,而且可以改善管柱的受力状况,延长油管的使用寿命,建议继续推广使用。
