目的:为阐明番荔枝科瓜馥木属植物瓜馥木治疗关节炎和抗癌的有效成分,我们对瓜馥木化学成分进行系统研究。方法:通过各种层析手段分离21个化合物,应用波谱方法鉴定其中16个化合物。结果:其结构分别为calycinine(1),Nmethyl-2,3,6-trimethoxymorphinandien-7-one(2),aristololactamAⅢa(3),xylopine(4),crebanine(5),isolaureline(6),asimilobine(7),duguevanine(8),corytuberine(9),aristololactamAⅡ(10),isoboldine(11),goniothalactam(12),glaucine(13),(-)-epicatechin(14),aristololactamBⅡ(15),7′-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-N-{(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl}propenamide(16)。结论:化合物3、5、12、15为首次从该种植物分得,化合物6、7、8、9、11、13、14、16为首次从该属植物中分得。
Objective: To elucidate the effective components of arthritis and anticancer in the treatment of Artemisia squamocarpa (Oryza sativa L.) genus Aconitum, we systematically studied the chemical constituents of P. guajava. Methods: 21 compounds were separated by various chromatographic methods and 16 compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results: Their structures were calycinine(1), Nmethyl-2,3,6-trimethoxymorphinandien-7-one(2), aristololactamAIIIa(3), xylopine(4), crebanine(5), isolaureline(6), and asimilobine ( 7), duguevanine (8), corytuberine (9), aristololactam AII (10), isoboldine (11), goniothalactam (12), glaucine (13), (-)-epicatechin (14), aristololactam BII (15), 7’- (3’,4’-dihydroxyphenyl)-N-{(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl}propenamide (16). Conclusion: Compounds 3, 5, 12, and 15 were obtained from the plant for the first time. Compounds 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, and 16 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
