In order to control my anger, I insist on doing three things well: (1) Stick to Learning Emotion Management. Emotion management is a branch of modern psychology. It refers to the ability of individuals and groups to learn emotions and emotions of others, and to cultivate the ability to control emotions, and thus produce good management results. It provides a variety of methods for emotional regulation and management, such as psychological suggestion method, self-consolation method, proper discharge method, etc. In real life and work, it can have many positive effects. (2) Insist on emotional relaxation exercises.
