目的 :观察 3周力竭游泳运动对雌性大鼠生殖系统及血清性激素的影响。方法 :实验组大鼠每天进行 1次力竭游泳 ,持续 3周后检测相关指标。结果 :与对照组相比 ,实验组大鼠血清雌二醇 (E2 )和睾酮 (T)水平显著下降 ,羟脯氨酸 (HP)水平显著增高 ;子宫系数、卵巢系数显著下降 ;阴道pH值增高 ,脱落角化细胞大量减少 ;阴道组织超微结构电镜观察见桥粒增多、细胞间通道消失、微绒毛减少、胞质内脂褐素及脂滴较多、细胞器减少 ;卵巢外观形态观察可见卵泡凸起数目少 ,偶见黄体 ,卵巢萎缩。结果显示 ,3周力竭游泳使雌性大鼠血清雌激素和睾酮水平下降、羟脯氨酸水平升高、阴道pH值增高、阴道脱落角化细胞大量减少。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of 3-week exhausting swimming on reproductive system and serum sex hormones in female rats. METHODS: Rats in experimental group were subjected to exhaustive swimming once daily for 3 weeks and then the related indexes were detected. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of serum estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) and the levels of hydroxyproline (HP) in the experimental group were significantly increased; the uterine and ovarian indexes decreased significantly; the vaginal pH Increased and exfoliated keratinocytes decreased significantly; the ultrastructure of vaginal tissue electron microscopy observed desmosome increased interstitial cells disappeared, microvilli decreased, lipofuscin and lipid droplets in the cytoplasm were more organelles; ovarian appearance can be seen Follicular raised few, occasionally corpus luteum, ovarian atrophy. The results showed that 3 weeks of exhaustive swimming decreased female rats estrogen and testosterone levels, hydroxyproline levels, vaginal pH increased, vaginal excretion of keratinocytes decreased significantly.
