职业教育评价的一个重要内容,是对学生能力高低的认定。那么如何在专业课堂教学中落实以人为本的整体性评价观呢?本文就评价表格的设计和评价依据的制定进行了实践研究。对学生在小组工作成果、个人行动表现、小组工作过程、反思工作过程等四个方面,从专业相关性、目标针对性、社会包容性、独立性、自我关联性等能力发展的五个维度概括了部分行动特征,使能力评价具有可操作性。
