笔者应用ProCAST软件对百吨级水泥矿渣立磨用球铁磨盘铸件的凝固过程进行分析,并预测缺陷可能形成的位置。模拟分析结果表明,铸件上端面有明显的宏观收缩,下部热节部位有缩孔缩松缺陷形成;为此在铸件上端设置16个顶冒口,并在厚壁及热节部位放置冷铁,消除了上端面的宏观收缩,显著降低了热节部位缩孔缩松倾向。生产实践表明,优化后的铸造工艺合理,铸件超声波(UT)探伤合格,力学性能满足技术要求。
The author uses ProCAST software to analyze the solidification process of cast iron ductile iron castings for 100-ton cement slag mill and predict the possible position of defects. The simulation results show that there is obvious macroscopic contraction on the upper end of the casting and shrinkage porosity defects in the lower hot section. To this end, 16 top risers are set on the upper end of the castings and chilled iron is placed on the thick wall and hot section, Eliminating the macroscopic contraction of the upper face, significantly reducing the shrinkage shrinkage tendency of hot section. Production practice shows that the optimization of the casting process is reasonable, ultrasonic testing of castings (UT) qualified, mechanical properties to meet the technical requirements.
