在历史悠久、建筑构筑物密集的老校区中,地下管线错综复杂,变压器、公寓分散,楼内配电简单,线路截面小,要大量加装独立式分体空调,工程设计、施工难度大。研究旧楼加装空调与电力改造对节约改造成本,节能降耗有一定价值。通过北京师范大学学生公寓加装空调与电力改造实例,分析论证容量规划、变配电选址,新型设备节能监管措施,配电接线方式与线路优化在电力改造中的意义。
In the old campus with a long history and dense structure, the underground pipeline is intricate. The transformers and apartments are scattered. The power distribution in the building is simple and the cross section of the line is small. It is necessary to install a large number of independent split air conditioners in large quantities. The engineering design and construction are very difficult. Research on the installation of air conditioning and power renovation of the old building on the cost savings, energy saving has a certain value. Through the Beijing Normal University student apartment installation of air-conditioning and electric power retrofitting examples, analysis and demonstration of capacity planning, substation location, new equipment, energy-saving regulatory measures, distribution wiring and line optimization in power transformation significance.
