为提高MG132/320-W型采煤机调高系统的生产安全可靠性,研究分析调高千斤顶失效原因及可靠性设计。考察分析了结构特点与调高液压系统工作原理,对调高千斤顶端部耦合件进行受力分析和强度验算。结果表明,调高千斤顶失效的直接原因是液力锁安全阀失效,失效形式为污染物涩滞。阐述了污染失效机理,提出防控措施及可靠性设计方案。
In order to improve the production safety and reliability of the MG132 / 320-W shearer raising system, the cause of the failure and the reliability design of the jacking jackhammer were studied and analyzed. The structural characteristics and working principle of raising the hydraulic system are investigated and analyzed, and the stress analysis and strength checking of the coupling part at the end of jacking jack are carried out. The results show that the direct cause of jacking failure is the failure of hydraulic lock safety valve, and the failure mode is astringency of pollutants. Expounded the mechanism of pollution failure, put forward prevention and control measures and reliability design.
