本文采用熔铸-熔剂法制造 SiCp/Al-Si 复合材料,并研究了复合材料的机械性能和抗磨耗性能.结果表明,选用氟盐作助熔剂,可有效地改善颗粒与基体溶液间的润湿性,提高了复合效果.复合材料的硬度值及弯曲强度都比基体合金提高25%左右,抗磨耗性极为优秀,比基体合金提高近10倍.2.5wt%-5 wt%SiCp/Al-20Si-4 Cu-0.7 Mg 复合材料,有着铸造工艺性好,弯曲强度高,比磨耗量低的特性,是一种理想的高强抗磨材料.
In this paper, SiCp / Al-Si composites were fabricated by melt casting-flux method and the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composites were studied.The results show that the use of fluoride salts as flux can effectively improve the wettability between the particles and the matrix solution And improve the composite effect.The hardness value and flexural strength of the composite materials are all about 25% higher than that of the matrix alloy, and the wear resistance is extremely excellent, which is about 10 times higher than that of the matrix alloy. -4 Cu-0.7 Mg composite material, with good casting technology, high bending strength and low specific wear, is an ideal high-strength anti-wear material.
