文章通过对北京海淀区苏家坨镇北安河定向安置房17地块蒸压轻质加气混凝土条板(ALC)施工技术的深入研究,结合轻质隔墙的施工技术,节约了大量劳动力和材料,加快了工期。同时带动建筑业从落后的湿法施工向先进的干法施工迈进,实现住宅部件工业化、技术装备现代化、规模生产集约化、施工装备一体化,减轻结构负重,提高建筑物抗震和安全性能。
