为考察挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)在卷烟烟草原料(叶丝、再造烟叶丝、梗丝)上的吸附特性,建立了测定烟草原料吸附的苯、甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丙酯、乙酸异丙酯和乙酸正丁酯等10种VOCs的顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用(HS-GC/MS)方法;测定了不同烟草原料在不同环境浓度和不同吸附时间下对VOCs的吸附量,并对生产车间调试样品中吸附VOCs的量随放置时间的变化进行了分析。结果表明:1优化的顶空条件为平衡温度90℃、平衡时间40 min。2外标法定量的目标物标准曲线线性良好(R2>0.99),加标回收率为85.6%~102.1%,精密度(RSD)为2.4%~6.4%,检出限和定量限分别为0.01~0.04和0.03~0.13μg/g。3相同条件下再造烟叶丝对VOCs的吸附量最大,叶丝的吸附量最小;在考察的浓度及时间范围内,吸附量基本上随环境中VOCs浓度的升高和吸附时间的延长而增大。4在新生产车间的烟草原料中可检测出微量VOCs,但随着在洁净空气中放置时间的延长VOCs逐渐脱附。
In order to investigate the adsorption characteristics of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) on cigarette tobacco raw material (tobacco leaf, tobacco leaf and cut tobacco), a method was established for the determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, styrene, acetone, , Headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-GC / MS) method was developed for 10 VOCs such as ethyl acetate, n-propyl acetate, isopropyl acetate and n-butyl acetate. Concentration and different adsorption time on the amount of VOCs adsorption, and the amount of VOCs adsorbed in the production workshop commissioning samples was analyzed with the change of placement time. The results showed that: 1 The optimum headspace conditions were equilibrium temperature 90 ℃ and equilibrium time 40 min. (2) The standard curve of external standard method was linear (R2> 0.99). The recoveries were 85.6% -102.1% and the RSD was 2.4% -6.4%. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.01 ~ 0.04 and 0.03 ~ 0.13 μg / g. Under the same conditions, the regenerated tobacco leaves had the largest adsorption amount of VOCs and the lowest adsorption amount of leaf filaments. The adsorbed amount basically increased with the increase of VOCs and the adsorption time in the investigated concentration and time range . 4 Trace amounts of VOCs can be detected in the tobacco raw material in the new production plant, but the VOCs are gradually desorbed as they are left in clean air for an extended period of time.
