采用显微组织观察和力学性能测定,分析了用于切削非金属材料的薄刃刀具失效形式和材料组织性能的关系,讨论了刃口失效机制。结果表明,失效机制为纯磨损、碳化物颗粒剥落、疲劳断裂、脆性断裂,提出了薄刃刀具材料的选择和热处理质量控制方法,认为多类型超细碳化物高碳合金钢是薄刃刀具的良好材料。
The microstructure observation and mechanical property measurement were used to analyze the relationship between the failure modes of the blade and the microstructure and properties of the blade for cutting nonmetallic materials. The failure mechanism of the blade was discussed. The results show that the failure mechanism is pure wear, carbide particle spalling, fatigue fracture and brittle fracture. The selection of thin blade cutting tool material and the quality control method of heat treatment are proposed. It is considered that the multi-type ultrafine carbide high carbon alloy steel is a good material for thin blade cutting tool .
