目的建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UHPLC-MS/MS)同时测定饮料中22种食用添加剂的方法,包括6种防腐剂,5种甜味剂,5种抗氧化剂和6种着色剂。方法试样经乙腈/水溶液超声提取,离心,上清液用水稀释后液相色谱-串联质谱仪直接测定,外标法定量,整个过程可在0.5 h内完成。结果在5~320μg/L的线性范围内,各物质线性相关系数均大于0.995。加标回收率范围为63.3%~107.9%,方法检测限在0.05~0.4 mg/kg之间,相对标准偏差在7.0%~14.8%之间。结论将本方法用于实际样品分析,简便快速,灵敏度高,可以满足对饮料中多种食品添加剂的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 22 food additives in beverages by ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS / MS), including 6 preservatives, 5 sweet Flavors, 5 antioxidants and 6 coloring agents. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile / water and centrifuged. The supernatant was diluted with water and determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The external standard method was used for quantification. The whole process could be completed within 0.5 h. Results In the linear range of 5 ~ 320μg / L, the linear correlation coefficient of each substance was greater than 0.995. The spiked recoveries ranged from 63.3% to 107.9%. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.05-0.4 mg / kg with relative standard deviations between 7.0% and 14.8%. Conclusion The method is applied to the actual sample analysis, which is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can satisfy the simultaneous determination of various food additives in beverages.
