目的筛选安全、高效的仪器表面微生物消毒剂,为未来长期飞行座舱仪器表面的微生物控制方法提供实验依据。方法采用定量杀菌试验、引用GB10124-88方法的腐蚀性试验和模拟现场擦拭试验对6种消毒剂进行杀菌效果及对材料腐蚀性评价。结果六种消毒剂杀菌效果均良好;腐蚀性试验表明,1、3、4号消毒液的腐蚀性最小;模拟现场试验显示,1、2、3、4、6号消毒液基本无腐蚀作用。结论综合各种因素,1号、2号、4号、6号消毒剂符合长期飞行座舱表面微生物消毒剂的基本要求。
Objective To screen safe and efficient microbial disinfectants on the surface of instruments for the future long-term flight cockpit instrument surface to provide experimental evidence of microbial control methods. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test, reference to GB10124-88 method of corrosion test and simulated field wipe test of six kinds of disinfectant bactericidal effect and evaluation of the material corrosive. Results The disinfectant effect of the six disinfectants was good. The corrosive tests showed that the disinfectants Nos. 1, 3 and 4 had the least corrosiveness. The simulation field tests showed that the disinfectants Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 were almost noncorrosive. Conclusion Based on various factors, disinfectants No. 1, No. 2, No. 4 and No. 6 meet the basic requirements of microbial disinfectants on the surfaces of long-term flying cockpits.
