洗涤机器零件,通常采用煤油。但因煤油比较难买,后来我们采用化学药水代替,效果很好。这种化学药水对金属没有腐蚀和其他副作用。 1.化学药水的成分; 1)Na_2CO_3(碳酸钠)5～7％; 2)NaNo_2(亚硝酸钠)2％; 3)NaOH(氢氧化钠)0.3～0.5％; 4)Na_3PO_4(磷酸钠)0.3％; 5)肥皂0.2％; 6)H_2O(水)90％。 2.配制方法:配制方法很简单。先把所需要的药品配齐,并按比例称好。然后把药品放在桶里,加进一定量开水。加开水时,需要用棍子搅拌。搅拌好后即可使用。
