目的观察两肾—夹(2-kidney1-clip,2K1C)肾性高血压大鼠血浆中Intermedin(IMD)含量的变化。方法将雄性SD大鼠随机分成正常组对照组和2K1C高血压模型组各20只,采用2K1C复制肾性高血压大鼠模型,检测心功能、左心重与体重比值(LVM/BW)。用放射免疫学方法检测IMD和血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensin,AngⅡ)的含量。结果与正常组相比,模型组大鼠心功能抑制,LVM/BW比值及血浆中IMD和AngⅡ的含量升高。结论两肾—夹大鼠血浆中IMD和AngⅡ含量升高,可能通过增加血循环中IMD的浓度调节血压以及对抗高AngⅡ的升血压作用。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma Intermedin (IMD) content in 2-kidney1-clip (2K1C) renal hypertensive rats. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group and 2K1C model group. Twenty rats were randomly divided into 2K1C group and model of renal hypertension group. Heart function, left ventricular mass and body weight ratio (LVM / BW) were measured. The contents of IMD and angiotensin (AngⅡ) were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results Compared with the normal group, the cardiac function, LVM / BW ratio and plasma IMD and AngⅡ levels in the model group were significantly increased. Conclusions The plasma IMD and AngⅡ levels in the two kidney-clamp rats may be increased by increasing the concentration of IMD in blood circulation and the antihypertensive effect of high AngⅡ.
