自我效能感是个体对自己某一行为所达到的预期结果的有效或无效的主观推论。个体自我效能感的高低,能够影响学生的学习兴趣,学习动机和学习态度,最后就会影响到学生的学业成就。因此,对初中生进行正确的自我效能感的培养,能够提高初中生学好英语的信心,从而也能提高学生学习英语的积极主动性。培养学生自我效能感应该遵循的原则:言语劝说,使学生能够学会正确的归因;创设学生能够体验成功的机会;榜样示范;建立和谐的师生关系。
Self-efficacy is the individual’s valid or invalid subjective corollary of the expected result of one’s own behavior. The level of individual self-efficacy, can affect the students’ interest in learning, motivation and learning attitude, and ultimately will affect the academic achievement of students. Therefore, the correct self-efficacy training for junior high school students can improve junior high school students ’confidence in learning English and thus improve students’ initiative in learning English. Students develop self-efficacy should follow the principles of: persuasion, so that students can learn the correct attribution; to create students to experience the chances of success; model role models; to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
