Kaifeng Motor Factory has been in operation for nearly 30 years. The technical equipment of the company has not been renewed and reformed for a long time. The equipment is out of date, outdated, and the condition of sick operation is relatively prominent. The company cannot achieve rapid development. Since 1982, in addition to using 2.86 million yuan in state funding for technological transformation, our factory has adopted various forms of self-financing funds of 1,066,000 yuan in accordance with the state’s technological reform policy. It has plans, steps, and focuses on existing technological equipment. The renewal and transformation of the enterprise has improved the technical and equipment quality of the enterprise to a certain extent, laying a good foundation for the development of the enterprise. Compared with 1980 before the transformation, fixed assets increased by 30% in 1986, and the production capacity increased from 250MW in the design program to 500MW in total industrial output.
