分子标记辅助选择逐步成为植物育种的重要方法。然而需要更多的实用的分子标记,尤其是与重要农艺性状紧密连锁的标记。目前,许许多多的方法已经应用到棉花结构基因组的标记开发,但是棉花SNP标记鲜见报道。FIF1基因是棉纤维优势表达的一个基因,研究证明它在棉纤维的发育过程中起着很重要的调控作用。根据已发表的亚洲棉FIF1基因,设计特异引物,克隆了陆地棉TM-1和海岛棉海7124中FIF1基因。根据2个四倍体棉花FIF1基因的SNP变异,采用SNAP和CAPs方法将该基因定位到四倍体棉花遗传图谱上。研究表明棉花SNP标记的开发是可行的,也是有效的。
Molecular marker-assisted selection has gradually become an important method of plant breeding. However, more practical molecular markers are needed, especially markers that are closely linked to important agronomic traits. At present, many methods have been applied to the development of the marker of the cotton structural genome, but the cotton SNP marker is rarely reported. FIF1 gene is one of the dominant genes for cotton fiber. Studies have shown that it plays an important regulatory role in the development of cotton fiber. According to the published Asian cotton FIF1 gene, specific primers were designed and the FIF1 gene in upland cotton TM-1 and sea island cotton 7124 were cloned. According to the SNP variation of FIF1 gene in two tetraploid cotton, the gene was mapped to the tetraploid cotton genetic map by SNAP and CAPs methods. Studies have shown that the development of cotton SNP markers is feasible and effective.
